Mortsa Records is a record label that aims to redefine the general opinion of what is and what isn't music. The big record companies and other players in the industry publish music that can only be labeled as trash, we reverse this process by publishing trash and labeling it as music. Mortsa Records is closely assosiated with Gallery Mortsa.

Sterk Te
Sterk Te's music is best served with a freshly brewed cup of tea. The band is made up of three young men with a strong desire to explore new and uncharted acoustic territories. Their music is in a constant state of flux that makes for a chaotic but interesting experience.
-
The Cochlea Shivers
The Cochlea Shivers creates cave music for the modern man. Dust and digital disorder is filtered through his exceptional systems, giving you the feeling of not beeing able to sing along.
-
Saktegull
Saktegull is the reincarnation of Dj Slowgold, where he returns to his musical roots (from the days before he started making music). Minimalistic and maximalistic soundscapes inspired by the east side of Drammen.
-
Dj Slowgold
Dj Slowgold is mostly known for his provocative social commentary on his debut "Crap songs for crap people EP".
-
Qwertschmerz
Qwertschmerz generates zombie-like beats with a dynamic drive. His array of mulitple textures and flexible arrangements can only be parralelled by his 21st century techno-tribe instrument.
-
SNV3000
SNV3000 makes techno music that combines the modern art of eurodance with a subtle hint of j-pop. Masterly executed to make even the most enthusiastic listener feel somewhat nauseous.
-
Gutter i trange bukser
Gutter i trange bukser (aka. Boys in tight pants) are the "hallmark" of minmalistic experimental music.
Due to a current lack of funding they have not been able to finish their highly awaited relase "Low spermcount: volume 1". Contact Mortsa Records for any donations.

MR006 - Sterk Te + Qwertschmerz: Tabasco Disaster
The experimental entertainer Qwertschmerz joins forces with the audio agitators in Sterk Te on this unique live album. Tabasco Disaster is every bit as hot as you might expect, and represents a new milestone in the graveyard that is the avant trash noise genre.
